Day at the Statehouse/Student Training Institute
February 18-19, 2005
Austin, TX

TXCC will be hosting its second Raise Your Voice Student Training in combination with a Day at the Statehouse. Students will receive training on Friday morning in Legislative 101 and then have the opportunity to have meetings with their local representatives/aides/staff as well as tour the capitol. On Saturday, participants will receive training in how to work with faculty and administration, working with and recruiting your peers, and dialogue facilitation.
