Identifying local Issues

While a student, you are a citizen of the community in which your college or university is located. That campus community and the community surrounding your campus are good places to learn the fine art of citizenship. While at school, become familiar with local issues, try to understand the forces at work on campus and in the community and the unique way that your college or university contributes to solutions and problems.
